Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Timepiece

  Securely place the watch in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and protective films to ensure it remains undamaged.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
